BOLO – Theft by Conversion

 

Timothy Preston Robertson   Timothy Bryan Dotts

 

COBB COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT

 

The above pictured individuals, Timothy Preston Robertson, and Timothy Bryan Dotts, are wanted for questioning in a string of roofing scams wherein they provide estimates for repairs and get money up front (typically between $2,000.00 and $4,000.00) to “buy materials” and never return to do the work. To date, victims have been identified in unincorporated Cobb County , City of Acworth , Paulding and Bartow counties.

 

Robertson drives a white 2002 Ford F150 pickup truck. He currently has an active warrant for his arrest for probation violation out of Cobb County .

 

Dotts drives a red 2000 Ford F150 pickup truck .

There are warrants out for both individuals for Theft by Conversion (F)

BOLO

 

Forsyth County SO contacted the Cobb County Gang Unit and stated they had a warrant for Sebastian Jesus VALERO-26 years of age- for failure to register as a sex offender and violation of probation. They believe VALERO is either in Marietta or Brownsville, TX. His last known address in Cobb County was 2650 Bentley Rd Marietta, GA. VALERO is a reported member of the Texas Syndicate. He also has a history of drugs, obstruction and weapons offenses.

6’00 200 lbs

brown eyes, black hair

On 042609 1145 to 1205 hours, A Burglary occurred on Meadowbrook Ln. in 416 beat. 

Entry was made possibly through the front door, small pry marks were found.  An HP 32” LCD TV, two Westinghouse LCD 26” TVs, a Sony Vaio laptop, Xbox 360 with games and a Motorola Razor cell phone were taken.  A black male and black female were seen by neighbors loading an older Silver Honda Accord.

 

 Be on the lookout for any suspicious activity in your neighborhoods that may match such a description.  If seen call 911 to have Officers respond and check.

Bank Robbery (04/23/07 @ 1345 hours in Zone 5) The Cobb County Police Department's Crimes Against Persons Unit continues to investigate a bank robbery at 1720 Mars Hill Road in Acworth , Georgia .

 

According to investigators the male suspect approached a teller at the Bank of America branch inside the Kroger grocery store. The suspect passed a note demanding cash. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money the suspect left the store. No one was injured during this incident.

 

Suspect:   White male, 5'9”-5'11” tall, with an average build, either in his late 30's to early 40's, with a gray mustache and goatee, last seen wearing sunglasses and a ball cap turned backwards.

 

UPDATE - On 05/04/07 the same suspect attempted to rob the Bank of America inside the Kroger grocery store at Delk Road and Powers Ferry Road . He again passed a demand note, but he left without getting any cash.

Posted March 7, 2007:
Sunday, March 4, 2007, a Hispanic male passenger in a white station wagon snatched a woman’s purse from her shoulder in the parking lot of the Kroger located at Johnson Ferry Road and Shallowford Road.

Witnesses provided a possible Georgia tag of ADC3324. However, the tag number provided does not return to a station wagon. Officers are requested to be on the lookout for the suspect vehicle.

This suspect, known as the "Blue Eyed Bandit", is currently wanted for several bank and business robberies in the Precinct Four area. Call 9-1-1 immediately to report any sightings of this individual. Do not attempt to apprehend this suspect yourself, call the police!
